This video demonstrates proper oil sampling technique.

Step 1: First clean the sample valve. Then open it and purge about 4oz. of oil.

Step 2: Fill the sample bottle completely with oil from the equipment.

Step 3: TIGHTEN the bottle lid and close the sample valve.

Step 4: Completely fill out the lab form and ship the sample to the lab.
