Oil Defender Lube Room Solution

The USPI Oil Defender Lube Room Solution combines the best in contamination control with lubricant storage. It provides filtration for oils entering your lube room as well as an easy-to-use storage and transfer system.

 

 

 


 

FILTRATION

  • Employs stationary inline filtration systems (see USPI 88 series, 88S or 88D)
  • Filtration operates from drums via USPI DipTube assembly or from the stackable Oil Defender totes
  • Multi-pass depth filtration reduces particulate and water contamination to keep lubricants clean and dry before they enter plant equipment
  • Filtration down to one micron (dependent upon USPI depth filter element chosen)

Stackable Totes

  • Made from high-density polyethylene with UV stabilizers
  • Features three 2" ports and 7" top access lid
  • Optional heater or desiccant breather
  • Includes gallon indicators

  • Closed loop pickup and return system for 55 gallon drums
  • Uses removable suction and discharge hoses
  • Includes desiccant breather
  • Connects to 2" drum bung
  • Used both for filtration and fluid transfer
  • Easily wall-mountable to keep workspace uncluttered when not in use
